Rules of Research Ethics

Authors, editors and reviewers have the responsibilities to the ethical integrity of submitted theses in common. Following are the basic ethical principles that should be observed by authors, editors and peer reviewers for the publication of an academically integral journal.
1. Rule of No Double Publication
Theses submitted for examination should not have appeared or be under examination for publication elsewhere.
2. Rule of No Plagiarism
Authors should not present in their theses the results of research or opinions of others as if they were their own. Even though it is possible for an author to make multiple references together with clearly stated sources concerning the results of others’ research, those parts presented as though they are the results of his own research or his own opinions will be regarded as plagiarism.
3. Rule of Clear Quotation and Reference
When quoting another person’s words or borrowing(or making reference to) another person’s ideas, the clear references to their sources must be included in footnotes. In the case of quoting some words or ideas from the previously published academic sources, authors must do their best to specify their source and even in the case of quoting from the rare or unpublished documents, authors must clearly identify their sources.
